HIPAA notice

The Standard’s marketing site does not collect, create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. All PHI handling — medical history, consultations, prescriptions, lab results, billing — happens on the gen-health.app telehealth platform.

gen-health.app maintains its own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can review there before starting a consultation.

What we do collect on this site

See our privacy policy for details. Briefly: email addresses, server logs, and a first-party attribution cookie. None of this is PHI under HIPAA, but we treat it with appropriate care under CCPA / CPRA and our privacy policy.
