Refund policy

This policy covers purchases made through get-the-standard.com, including BOND. The Standard is a brand operated by Clark Health Technologies, LLC. Payment is collected at checkout, before clinical review.

If a clinician doesn’t prescribe

If the clinician reviewing your intake decides not to prescribe, you are refunded in full to your original payment method. If your order includes more than one medication and only some are prescribed, you are refunded for the ones that are not.

Before your prescription goes to the pharmacy

If you change your mind after paying but before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, email us and we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

After your prescription goes to the pharmacy

Compounded medications are made on demand for one patient under one prescription. Once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, and medication cannot be returned. Pharmacies cannot accept returns of dispensed medication.

Subscriptions and refills

Plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancelling stops all future renewals. A renewal is refunded only if you cancel before that refill is sent to the pharmacy.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive, email us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery and we will work with the pharmacy to replace it at no cost to you.

How to reach us

Email hello@get-the-standard.com from the address on your order. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show them.
