The hormone component of this protocol is estradiol with micronized progesterone. It is not testosterone and not a women's T protocol — those are separate prescriptions and are not included here.

- 03Hormone therapy needs a visit
The hormone component requires a telehealth visit before it can be written. Your clinician schedules it as part of onboarding; the other two compounds are reviewed asynchronously.
- 04Compounded for your prescription
Each compound is compounded on demand by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy against your written prescription. Nothing is dispensed from stock.
- 05If you compete in tested sport
Sermorelin is prohibited at all times in sport under the World Anti-Doping Code. If you compete in tested sport, talk to your clinician before starting.
