Skin Protocol (AM/PM)

GHK-Cu cream in the morning, tretinoin cream at night — timed apart on purpose.

Two topical creams on one clinician-set schedule. GHK-Cu goes on clean skin in the morning; tretinoin goes on at night, when photodegradation is not a factor and the skin is not about to meet sunlight. Both are compounded to a prescription and neither is injected.

$228 / month

Includes consultation · both creams · clinician-set application schedule

Payment is collected before clinical review. GEN displays the total due today at checkout. A prescription is not guaranteed. Questions about payment after review? Email hello@get-the-standard.com.

Tretinoin Cream

All-trans retinoic acid cream, applied at night. Frequency is stepped up slowly.

The protocol price is the sum of its compounds at their individual monthly prices — $228 / month. Buying them together puts them in front of one clinician in one review; it is not a discount.

Before you buy

What you are paying for.

A protocol is a prescription plan, not a product you add to a cart. Read these before you pay.

  1. 01
    AM and PM, not together

The two creams are applied at opposite ends of the day. Your clinician sets the schedule and the pace at which tretinoin is stepped up — layering them in one sitting is not the protocol.

  2. 02
    Tretinoin starts slowly

Most people begin two or three nights a week and build from there. Dryness and flaking in the first weeks are common and are not a reason to stop; your clinician adjusts the frequency at check-in.

  3. 03
Daily sunscreen is part of it

Tretinoin increases sun sensitivity. Broad-spectrum SPF every morning is expected while you are on this protocol, and is not included in the price.

  4. 04
    Compounded to order

Both creams are prepared by a 503A or 503B partner pharmacy against your written prescription. Topical only — nothing in this protocol is injected.
