Two topical creams on one clinician-set schedule. GHK-Cu goes on clean skin in the morning; tretinoin goes on at night, when photodegradation is not a factor and the skin is not about to meet sunlight. Both are compounded to a prescription and neither is injected.

- 01AM and PM, not together
The two creams are applied at opposite ends of the day. Your clinician sets the schedule and the pace at which tretinoin is stepped up — layering them in one sitting is not the protocol.
- 02Tretinoin starts slowly
Most people begin two or three nights a week and build from there. Dryness and flaking in the first weeks are common and are not a reason to stop; your clinician adjusts the frequency at check-in.
- 03Daily sunscreen is part of it
Tretinoin increases sun sensitivity. Broad-spectrum SPF every morning is expected while you are on this protocol, and is not included in the price.
- 04Compounded to order
Both creams are prepared by a 503A or 503B partner pharmacy against your written prescription. Topical only — nothing in this protocol is injected.
